Project #36 – Shoot from the Hip (Review)

The past week’s project was to participate in the Shoot from the Hip project and it was amazing.  We spent 10 days in the Catskills shooting and editing and improvised movie.

By the end of it, we had a very rough cut version done that we’re all very proud of.  We’ll now spend some time editing it further, taking into account things like soundtrack and color correction and then look to screen it to friends and family in New York.

I learned a ton and had a blast.  You can read more about what filmmaking tips I picked up in Amateur Filmmaking Tips from Shoot from the Hip.
