I’ve recently run into a number of people (or found out that people I already knew) are into meditation. I’ve heard of the powerful effects of meditating through websites like Zen Habits, but I’ve never actually tried it myself.
Given that I’m also trying to work on my 3-year plan, perhaps some added clarity could help me with realizing what I want to focus on over the long haul.
This month’s focus is to try meditating. I’m giving myself an entire month (instead of just a week) because I’ve read that it can take some time to really get into meditative states. This could all very well be bologna, but it’s worth a shot.
