I think I completed the spirit of the June Focus, but not the actual goal. There were few days where I actually stopped to meditate for 10+ minutes, but I did do a lot of reflecting. I guess during an incredibly busy time it’s hard to set aside the time to start meditating when you haven’t experienced all the benefits of it.
With that said, I did spend a lot of time thinking about my priorities and realized I need to really streamline what I spend my time on. I’ve decided that my two priorities this year (after work) is Humor That Works and improv. As a result, a majority of my new tasks and monthly focuses will be geared towards one of those two priorities.
