Redefine 2009: January Focus in Review

With the end of January comes the end of the first monthly focus.  It’s great to have a goal that I have a number of days to complete, though I certainly delayed way too much work till the end.  Still, I’m happy with the results.  Redefining my apartment led to:

• Finding a picture to put over the bar.
• Getting a digital picture frame and filling it with pictures.
• Finding a spot for me to put my laptop and over-the-shoulder bags.
• Redecorating the “Guest bedroom” with new sheets and a couple of pictures.
• Framing a map of New York City.
• Experiment with automating my apartment.
• Cleaning out some old crap.
• Getting a new desk lamp.
• Upgrading XBMC.
