Monthly Focus

Redefine 2009: August Focus in Review

The focus for August was the Humor That Works site, and while I didn’t get to spend an hour on the site every day, I did put in more than 30 hours on it.  Work for the site included:

  • Commenting on other blogs.
  • Redesigning the right side navigation.
  • Adding a few ads.
  • Writing various articles.
  • Interviewing Bernie DeKoven, the funsmith.

There were a number of other small changes I made, but a majority of those are behind-the-scenes that improve the site but not in visually noticeable ways.   I definitely hope to keep up a similar amount of effort on the site every month to continue to grow the idea and explore the applications of humor in the workplace.
