I loved your wake up routine! drinking water right after you wake up is awesome idea I&#039;m surly going to try it!
I had the same problem like you, I couldn&#039;t wake up early me and my snooze button where very good friends.

I tried for years to find a way or routine to help to wake up. fortunately I found a way very similar to what you described. I found a website with other ideas to upgrade your waking up routine, and to find more tips about the subject.</description>
